30 minutes of pure energy! A full and fast all round body cardio and resistance workout for those in an hurry and who like to push hard.

Surge


45 minutes that is guaranteed to get you pumping. This is our iconic HIIT workout! Expect the ultimate motivation boost - beat drops have never felt so good. Sprints, hills and speedflex will make up your cardio time, with the speed always in your control. While bodyweight and dumbbell work will keep things spicy on the floor.

Band Blitz


An aerobic & floor exercise class, getting muscles fired up, using loop resistance bands.

A low impact class for an all over bodyweight workout.

Body Weight Blitz


A calisthenics based class using body weight exercises performed with varying degrees of intensity and rhythm

Boxercise


A high intensity class, based on boxing movements.

Our dedicated spin studio has the giant screen so that you can imagine you are cycling through the Alps or across sandy beaches thanks to the virtual reality programmes we offer. There's nothing better designed to keep you motived through your group cycling session.

HIIT Zone


Your fitness journey is about to take a fresh turn, and you will emerge stronger, fitter, and more energised than ever before. Our dedicated HIIT studio will offer two types of classes that combine all the core principles of HIIT training. HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief recovery periods, offering a time-efficient way to improve fitness and burn calories

All classes bring together expert programming with carefully curated playlists by local DJ's, that are designed to get you fit and strong while keeping motivation on point. Once inside, it is just us, the music and the lights!
