Update on 10th July 2020

We are super excited at the news that we can reopen our health club and spa very soon.

We are still waiting on confirmation of certain aspects of the guidelines, to ensure we can operate in a COVID-19 secure way, so that we can ensure the health and safety of you, our team and the wider community.

Update on 6th July 2020

Currently, our health club and spa remains closed.

However, our hair salon is now open! For an appointment please call 01473 464400 or email hair@riverhills.co.uk .

As with previous months, we are pleased to confirm that we will not be taking any subscription payments until we reopen and if you have paid an annual subscription, your term will be extended by the number of months lost.

If you have spa bookings, we will be in touch to reschedule these for you. Please email any enquiries to beauty@riverhills.co.uk.

Update on 25th June 2020

We were so hoping to reopen our doors on 4th July 2020, but following the government’s announcement, we still can’t, just yet.

However, we are really pleased that from Monday 6th July 2020, our Hair Salon reopens and appointments can be booked by emailing hair@riverhills.co.uk.  Hurry, we are getting booked up fast!

Also, we are waiting on some clarity on a couple of points, but we hope to be able to announce over the next few days that from Monday 6th July 2020, we will be offering all members FREE Alfresco Fitness Classes!

Update on 14th May 2020

The government’s most recent announcement means that our Health Club and Spa remains closed for now.

Therefore, as with previous months, we are pleased to confirm that we will not be taking any subscription payments during June 2020, and we will continue to review the situation on-going.

This means that if you pay monthly by Direct Debit, your payment will not be called.

If you have paid an annual subscription, your term will be extended by the number of months lost.

We are still posting regularly on social media, so be sure to follow us, and if you have any questions please drop us an email.

Update on 23rd March 2020

Following the government’s announcement of 20th March 2020, our Health Club and Spa is currently closed.

Today, we are pleased to confirm that we will not be taking any subscription payments during April and May 2020 and we will review the situation on-going.

This means that if you pay monthly by Direct Debit, your payment will not be called.

If you have paid an annual subscription, your term will be extended by the number of months lost.

We are a close family here at Riverhills and we will bounce back and reopen as soon as we are permitted.

Your health and wellbeing are at the core of what we do and we will be posting regular videos on social media to help you keep exercising at home. To get you started, here are a great range of workouts from our partner, Les Mills.
